crave.cards provides card management for businesses of all types and sizes. To sell and manage customer gift cards for different purposes. We’ve designed crave.cards to help you boost revenue and improve customer engagement at minimal costs. You can sell and redeem digital and physical cards for a single or multiple locations and track all sales and redemptions in real time. No need to worry about integrating with your existing software, because crave.cards is an entirely stand-alone solution. Gift cards as they should be. Made in Ireland.

What are the advantages of using crave.cards as a gift card management solution?

crave.cards does not charge any hidden fees. Our pricing is transparent, so that you know exactly how much you are paying for the gift card management and how much you can expect to receive back in reconciliation. We offer competitively low rates to help you manage and control your costs.

How do I switch gift card providers?

Switching providers can be stressful. That is why we will do everything we can to make switching and transferring your existing gift cards as easy as possible.

How do I set up gift cards for my business?

You can sign up directly on the website and set up your business profile. You can choose between our two monthly plans – crave easy and crave more – depending on the needs of your business. Take a look at our two plans and follow the steps to register your business and start selling gift cards now. Make sure to have your contact and business details ready.

Are the payment methods secure?

Yes. Card processing is done through BOI Payment Acceptance (BOIPA) and Evo Payments, which incorporates PCI-compliant transaction processing to meet all EMV level 3 compliance requirements for payment processing in the U.S. and Europe.

Where can I see how many gift cards I’ve sold?

You can track your sold cards in the gift card desktop management dashboard, when you are logged in to your account.

Where can I see the balance on my sold gift cards?

You can access these details in the gift card management dashboard on your desktop.

Do I have access to analytics?

Yes! Your desktop management dashboard has analytics and reporting capabilities, so you can track your gift card sales and balances in real time.

Can I create reports?

Yes! You can set out what you’d like to report on, modify date ranges, and much more in your desktop management dashboard.

Can I send gift cards to multiple customers at the same time?

Yes! You can upload the details of the individual customers in a csv. file to your desktop management app and batch send gift cards.

Can I top up a gift card?

Yes! Whether it’s a digital or physical card, you can add unlimited top ups from your gift card dashboard.

What happens if a customer loses their gift card?

If a customer loses their gift card, you can go to your desktop management dashboard and deactivate the card. You can reactivate the card, if the customer finds it.

Do you provide the physical cards?

No. But you have the flexibility to choose your own card manufacturer, and we will provide the details for the physical cards to them. We are happy to introduce you to recommended card producers that we have worked with previously.

How will my data be protected?

We adhere to all GDPR policies and have built-in layers of protection against cyber attacks.
